1.) How long does it take to receive an order?
After your payment has been accepted, your purchase will be delivered within 24 hours! Note: stems for exclusive rights may take a little longer due to large file sizes.
2.) How do I purchase a beat?
Select the quantity at the bottom of the 'BEAT STORE' and specify which beat(s) you will be purchasing. Review your order, accept the terms and conditions, and you will be directed to paypal. After your payment has been completed, you will receive an email containing download links to the beats you’ve purchased within 24 hours.
3.) If I purchase a beat, will the tags be removed?
Yes, all tags will be removed from the instrumental.
4.) What is the difference between a lease, and exclusive rights?
A lease grants you limited rights to a beat and allows you to use it on up to 1000 copies. The purchase of exclusive rights grants you unlimited rights on any medium.
3.) Can I still use the instrumental if I have leased it but someone buys exclusive rights after this?
Once you have purchased a lease, no one will be able to purchase exclusive rights until your existing lease has expired.
4.) I have bought exclusive rights to a beat. May the beat be leased again or has it been leased before?
Once a beat is sold exclusive, the beat may not be leased anymore. On the other hand it might be possible that a beat has been leased to several persons before it´s sold exclusive.
5.) Can I resell the beat after purchasing exclusive rights?
No! You are not allowed to resell the beat or transfer your rights of ownership to another person.
6.) What am I allowed to do with free downloads?
All beats that are up on our page as free downloads are only free for non commercial use on demo tracks. The purpose is to offer people a prelistening.
7.) I have bought a beat but haven´t received it yet?
First, make sure your payment is not still pending. If you sent an e-check or your payment has not been accepted, your purchase will be sent after the transaction is complete. Sometimes your purchase email may occasionally end up in your spam/junk folder, so please check your spam folder before contacting us.
8.) How can I get a custom beat?
Just send us an email via the contact page. Custom production is only for exclusive rights.
9.) What is your return policy?
Since we are offering digital products, there is no returns on purchases.
